Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will start the second Competition of the 2025 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

Number Car Driver Previously used ICE

22 Racing Bulls Honda RBPT Yuki Tsunoda 1

The internal combustion engine used by Yuki Tsunoda is one (1) of the four (4) new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2025 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will start the second Competition of the 2025 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

22 Racing Bulls Honda RBPT Yuki Tsunoda 1

The turbocharger used by Yuki Tsunoda is one (1) of the four (4) new turbochargers allowed for the 2025 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will start the second Competition of the 2025 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H):
