Technical Delegate's Report

The following drivers will start the thirteenth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new gearbox:

44 Mercedes Lewis Hamilton 05 Ferrari Sebastian Vettel 16 Ferrari Charles Leclerc 33 RBR Honda Max Verstappen 03 Renault Daniel Ricciardo 27 Renault Nico Hülkenberg 07 Alfa Romeo Ferrari Kimi Räikkönen 88 Williams Mercedes Robert Kubica

The above drivers used their previous gearbox for six consecutive Events in conformity with Article 23.5a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Number Car Driver

26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat

Daniil Kvyat did finish the last race in Budapest and this gearbox change was before the six consecutive Events expired. Therefore this is not in compliance with Article 23.5a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
