## Technical Delegate's Report

## The following drivers will start the thirteenth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new gearbox:

The above drivers used their previous gearbox for six consecutive Events in conformity with Article 23.5a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

## Number Car Driver

## 26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat

Daniil Kvyat did finish the last race in Budapest and this gearbox change was before the six consecutive Events expired. Therefore this is not in compliance with Article 23.5a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
