From The Stewards

To The Team Manager,

Audi Revolut F1 Team Document 51 Date 25 October 2026 Time 16:13

The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

No / Driver 5 - Gabriel Bortoleto Competitor Audi Revolut F1 Team Time 15:06

Session Race

Fact Car 5 left the track in turn 11 Infringement Alleged breach of Article B1.8.6 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision No further action. Reason The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data, video, and in-car video evidence. At the entry to turn 11, Car 5 (Gabriel Bortoleto) moved to overtake Car 43 (Franco Colapinto) on the outside. Car 43 stayed alongside and in that battle Car 5 left the edge of the track and rejoined ahead of Car 43. Under the Driving Standards Guidelines, had the front axle of Car 5 been ahead at the apex, Car 5 would have been entitled to racing room on the inside. There was no racing room on the inside which explained why Car 5 left the edge of the track. Had the front axle of Car 43 been ahead of the front axle of Car 5 at the apex, Car 43 was not obliged to leave racing room on the outside. The Stewards were unable, by reference to the available evidence, to reach a level of comfortable satisfaction as to which of the two cars was ahead at the apex and in these circumstances determined to take no further action. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
