TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT
The following driver will be using a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Competition:

06 Red Bull Racing RB Ford Isack Hadjar 7
The internal combustion engine used by Isack Hadjar is the eight (8th) of the four (4) new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in compliance with B8.2.2 a) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following drivers will be using a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Competition:

The turbocharger used by Isack Hadjar is the seventh (7th) of the four (4) new turbochargers allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in compliance with B8.2.2 b) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The turbocharger used by Fernando Alonso is the sixth (6th) of the four (4) new turbochargers allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in compliance with B8.2.2 b) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following driver will be using a exhaust set (EXH) for the remainder of the Competition:

The exhaust set used by Isack Hadjar is the seventh (7th) of the four (4) new exhaust sets allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in compliance with B8.2.2 c) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following driver will be using a new power unit ancillary component (PU-ANC) for the remainder of the Competition:

The power unit ancillary component used by Isack Hadjar is the eight (8th) of the six (6) new power unit ancillary components allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in compliance with B8.2.2 g) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
All PU elements for car number 06, driver Isack Hadjar, have been replaced without the approval of the FIA technical delegate this not being in compliance with Article B3.5.4 of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
Changes to the suspension set-up of car numbers 06, 14 and 18 have been made without the approval of the FIA technical delegate, Therefore car numbers 06, 14 and 18 should now be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article B3.5.3 b) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
Car numbers 18 and 14 were not covered 2 hours after the end of Qualifying, respectively 5 hours before the scheduled start of the formation lap for the Race, this not being in compliance with Article B3.4.3.
I am referring these matters to the stewards for their consideration.
