Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will be using a new energy store unit (ES) for the remainder of the Competition:

Number Car Driver Previously used ES 06 Red Bull Racing RB Ford Isack Hadjar 3 The energy store unit used by Isack Hadjar is fourth (4 ) of the three (3) new energy store

units allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with B8.2.2 d) of the

2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new control electronics unit (PU-CE) for the remainder of the

Competition: Number Car Driver Previously used PU-CE 06 Red Bull Racing RB Ford Isack Hadjar 3 The control electronics unit used by Isack Hadjar is the fourth (4 ) of the three (3) new control

electronics units allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with B8.2.2

e) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations. Furthermore the listed PU elements were changed without the approval of the technical delegate, this
