The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Session Sprint
Fact Leaving the track without a justifiable reason multiple times. Infringement Breaches of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 c) of the International Sporting Code and B1.8.6 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision 5 second time penalty. Reason The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data and video evidence and determined that Car 12 left the track without a justifiable reason on 4 separate occasions during the Sprint, each of which was an infringement of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 2 c) of the International Sporting Code and B1.8.6 of the FIA F1 Regulations. As per the Penalty Guidelines, a black and white flag was shown to the driver after the third infringement and a 5 second time penalty was imposed for the fourth infringement.
Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
