Infringement Breaches of Article B8.2.2 (read with Article B8.2.3) of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision Drop of 50 grid positions for the next Race in which the driver participates. Reason The penalty is imposed in accordance with Article B8.2.8 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Subject to Car 77 being classified in the results of Qualifying, Car 77 will be allocated a grid position in the Race in accordance with Article B2.5.4b.iv of the FIA F1 Regulations.

Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
