TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will be using a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K) for the remainder of the Competition:

14 Aston Martin Aramco Honda Fernando Alonso 4

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Fernando Alonso is the fifth (5th) of the three (3) new motor generator units-kinetic allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with B8.2.2 f) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will be using a new energy store unit (ES) for the remainder of the Competition:

The energy store unit used by Fernando Alonso is the sixth (6th) of the three (3) new energy store units allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with B8.2.2

• d) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will be using a new control electronics unit (PU-CE) for the remainder of the Competition:

The control electronics unit used by Fernando Alonso is the sixth (6th) of the three (3) new control electronics units allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is not in conformity with B8.2.2 e) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

All listed PU elements for car number 14 were replaced without the approval of the technical delegate. As this is not in compliance with Article B3.5.3, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The rear wing assembly of car number 30 was replaced without the approval of the technical delegate. Also changes have been made to the set up of the suspension of car 30. As this is not in compliance with Article B3.5.3, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
