Technical Delegate's Report During the Race Parc Fermé, changes have been made to the set-up of the suspension of car

number 11 without the approval of the FIA technical delegate. Therefore car number 11 should now

be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article B3.5.3 b) of the 2026 Formula

One Regulations. I am referring this matter to the Stewards for their consideration. The FIA Formula 1 Technical Delegate
