Technical Delegate's Report
The following driver will start the second Competition of the 2026 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):
Number Car Driver Previously used ICE
06 Red Bull Racing RB Ford Isack Hadjar 1
The internal combustion engine used by Isack Hadjar is one (1) of the four (4) new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is in conformity with B8.2.2 a) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following driver will start the second Competition of the 2026 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

06 Red Bull Racing RB Ford Isack Hadjar 1
The turbocharger used by Isack Hadjar is one (1) of the four (4) new turbochargers allowed for the 2026 Championship season and this is in conformity with B8.2.2 b) of the 2026 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following driver will start the second Competition of the 2026 Formula One World Championship with a new exhaust set (EXH):
