Session Qualifying Fact The setup of the suspension has been changed while under Parc Ferme.

Infringement Breach of Article B3.5.7 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision Required to start the Race from the pit lane under Article B3.5.7b of the FIA F1 Regulations. Reason Atlassian Williams F1 Team changed the setup of the suspension of Car 23 under Parc Ferme, this not being in accordance with Article B3.5.7 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Car 23 is therefore required to start the Race from pit lane under Article B3.5.7b of the FIA F1 Regulations. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
