Time 16:58 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Session Race Fact Car 23 allegedly failed to slow for a single yellow flag Infringement Alleged breach of Article B1.8.4 a of the FIA F1 Regulations.
Decision No further action. Reason The Stewards reviewed positioning/marshalling system data and in-car video evidence. At no point any yellow flag was displayed to Car 23. However, when seeing a green flag in front of him, the driver of Car 23 reacted by lifting the throttle into Turn 1. The Stewards determine that no infringement was evident and take no further action. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
