Technical Delegate's Report The Practice 3 session (P3) was declared wet by the Race Director.

Under Article 30.5 g) when P1, P2 or P3 is declared wet, one (1) set of intermediate tyres must be

electronically returned no later than two (2) hours after the end of P3.

Article 30.4 a) states that the official return of tyres is to be made electronically using the FIA Race Team Client.

Car 43 has not electronically returned the required set of intermediate tyres. As this non-compliant with Article 30.5 g) of the Sporting Regulations I am referring this matter to

the Stewards.
