Technical Delegate's Report

The following drivers will start the thirteenth Competition of the 2025 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

Number Car Driver Previously used ICE

81 McLaren Mercedes Oscar Piastri 3 04 McLaren Mercedes Lando Norris 3 18 Aston Martin Aramco Mercedes Lance Stroll 3

The internal combustion engine used by the above drivers is one (1) of the four (4) new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2025 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2025 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the thirteenth Competition of the 2025 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

The following drivers will start the thirteenth Competition of the 2025 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H):
