Technical Delegate's Report The following driver will use a new energy store (ES) for the remainder of the Competition:

31 Alpine Renault Esteban Ocon 2 The energy store used by the above drivers is the third (3 ) of the two (2) new energy

stores allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of

the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will use a new control electronics (CE) for the remainder of the Competition: Number Car Driver Previously used CE

31 Alpine Renault Esteban Ocon 2 The control electronics used by Esteban Ocon is the third (3 ) of the two (2) new control

electronics allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2

of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. These PU elements have been replaced without the approval of the FIA technical delegate. Therefore car number 31 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 40.9

of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations As this is not in conformance with Article 40.3 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
