Technical Delegate's Report The following driver will be using a new gearbox case and cassette (GBX C & C) for the remainder of
the Competition:
Number Car Driver Previously used GBX C & C 43 Williams Mercedes Franco Colapinto 5 The gearbox case and cassette used by Franco Colapinto is the sixth (6 ) of the five (5)
new gearbox cases and cassettes allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in
conformity with Article 29.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The following driver will be using a new gearbox driveline, gear change components and auxiliary components (GBX DL) for the remainder of the Competition:

Colapinto is the sixth (6 ) of the five (5) new gearbox drivelines, gear change components and
auxiliary components allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 29.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. The RNC components have been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 40.3 of the 2024

The following parts have been replaced during the Parc Fermé yesterday and today by the Williams Racing team:
Car 43: LHS and RHS front brake cooling duct (different specification)
The parts have been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 40.3 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations. But as the above parts are different from the ones originally used, car number 43 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 40.9 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
