Technical Delegate's Report

The following driver will start the fifteenth Competition of the 2024 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

Number Car Driver Previously used ICE

16 Ferrari Charles Leclerc 3

The internal combustion engine used by Charles Leclerc is one (1) of the four (4) new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will start the fifteenth Competition of the 2024 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

16 Ferrari Charles Leclerc 3

The turbocharger used by Charles Leclerc is one (1) of the four (4) new turbochargers allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will start the fifteenth Competition of the 2024 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K):

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Charles Leclerc is one (1) of the four (4) new motor generator units-kinetic allowed for the 2024 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2024 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the fifteenth Competition of the 2024 Formula One World Championship with a new exhaust system (EX):
