Technical Delegate's Report
The following teams submitted their duly completed scrutineering declaration form before 10:03

81, 4 : McLaren Formula 1 Team 77, 24 : Alfa Romeo F1 Team Kick 18, 14 : Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team 20, 27 : MoneyGram Haas F1 Team 21, 22 : Scuderia AlphaTauri 23, 2 : Williams Racing A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 63, driver George Russell, in order to inspect the 5 gear ratio pair for physical damage, and, as a consequence of this inspection, to replace the 5
gear ratio pair for a new one of identical specification. This was done in accordance with Article 29.3 a) iii) of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations. A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 20, driver Kevin Magnussen, in order to inspect the
reverse gear ratio pair for physical damage, and, as a consequence of this inspection, to replace the
reverse gear ratio pair for a new one of identical specification. This was done in accordance with Article 29.3 a) iii) of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations. From The FIA Formula One Technical Delegate

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 23, driver Alexander Albon, in order to inspect the reverse gear ratio pair for physical damage, and, as a consequence of this inspection, to replace the reverse gear ratio pair for a new one of identical specification.
