The Stewards, having received a report from the Technical Delegate (documents 11 and 12), have considered the following matter and determine the following:
No / Driver 22 - Yuki Tsunoda Competitor Scuderia AlphaTauri Time 12:31 Session Practice 1 Fact The following Power Unit elements have been used: 5th Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) 5th Turbo Charger (TC) 5th Motor Generator Unit - Heat (MGU-H) 5th Motor Generator Unit - Kinetic (MGU-K) 3rd Energy Store (ES) 3rd Control Electronics (CE)
The following Restricted-Number Components have been used: 5th Gearbox Cases and Cassettes (GBX C & C) 5th Gearbox Driveline, Gear Change Components and Auxiliary Components (GBX DL) Infringement Breach of Articles 28.2 and 29.2 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision Required to start the Race from the back of the starting grid. Reason The penalty is imposed in accordance with 28.3, 29.2, 32.4, 32.5 and 42.3 d), noting that during the session the driver of the car was Isack Hadjar. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 4 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
