TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will use a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K) for the remainder of the Competition:

55 Ferrari Carlos Sainz 1

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Carlos Sainz is one of the four new motor generator units-kinetic allowed for the 2023 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will use a new energy store (ES) for the remainder of the Competition:

04 McLaren Mercedes Lando Norris 1

The energy store used by Lando Norris is one of the two new energy stores allowed for the 2023 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following driver will use a new control electronics (CE) for the remainder of the Competition:
