11 Red Bull Racing RBPT Sergio Perez 2 The control electronics used by Sergio Perez is the third of the two new control electronics allowed
for the 2023 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 28.2 of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations. All the PU components for Sergio Perez have been replaced without the approval of the FIA technical delegate and this is not in accordance with Article 40.3 of the 2023 Formula One Sporting
Regulations. Further changes have been made to the set up of the suspension (with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request). Therefore car number 11 should now be From The FIA Formula One Technical Delegate To The Stewards Document 38 Date 02 April 2023 Time 12:36
required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article 40.9 c) of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
On car 77, driver Valtteri Bottas, changes have been made to the set-up of the suspension (with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request). Therefore car number 77 should now be required to start the Race from the pit lane according to Article 40.9 c) of the 2023 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
