Technical Delegate's Report
After the race car number 23 was randomly chosen among the top ten cars for more extensive physical inspections.
Subject to these physical inspections were the steering column, the power assisted steering rack, track rods, hydraulic lines and reservoirs as well as all attached actuators, sensors and their loom routing.
