Session Race Fact Did not follow the Race Director's Instruction. Offence Breach of Article 12.2.1.i) of the FIA International Sporting Code.
Decision Reprimand (Non-driving) (This is the driver's 1st reprimand of the season) Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 18 (Lance Stroll) and team representative. The driver explained that he forgot to take off the WRAO t-shirt in time during the national anthem because of the onset of rain. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 10.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time
