Technical Delegate's Report
The following driver will use a new energy store (ES) for the remainder of the Event:

11 Red Bull Racing Honda Sergio Perez 2
The energy store used by Sergio Perez is the third new energy store for the 2021 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following driver will use a new control electronics (CE) for the remainder of the Event:

The control electronics used Sergio Perez is the third new control electronics for the 2021 Championship season and this is not in conformity with Article 23.2a of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following component has been replaced during the Parc Fermé yesterday and today by the Red Bull Racing team for a component with a different specification:
Car 11: Rear wing assembly
The component has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations. But as the rear wing assembly is different from the one originally used and also changes have been made to the set up of the suspension and to the cooling of the front brakes (with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request), car number 11 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 34.8b of the 2021 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
