Decision 5 second time penalty 2 Penalty Points (10 points in a 12 month period) Reason The Stewards reviewed video evidence, At the entry of turn 4, PER and NOR were side by side. Then on the exit NOR was judged not to give PER enough room and PER was forced off the track. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 10.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time
