Technical Delegate's Report

Car number 08, driver Romain Grosjean, took part in Q1 by exiting the pitlane at 15:47:26hrs and was under Parc Fermé conditions from that time onwards as described in Article 34.2 of the 2020 Formula One Technical Regulations.

The Haas F1 Team did not stop working on car number 08 three and a half hours after the end of the qualifying session at 20:16hrs on 11 July 2020; instead continued to work until 23:20 hrs on 11 July 2020. This is not in compliance with Article 34.4 of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

In addition to this, the work carried out during this time was not under the supervison of a scrutineer and therefore unauthorised work may have been carried out. This is not in compliance with Aricles 34.2 and 34.7 of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

I am referring these matters to the stewards for their consideration.
