Technical Delegate's Report
Between 10:00 and 16:55 today the following teams submitted their duly completed scrutineering declaration form:

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 16, driver Charles Leclerc, in order to change the RHS differential lip seal.
This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2e of the 2020 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 26, driver Daniil Kvyat, in order to inspect all change gear ratio pairs and associated dog rings for physical damage, and, as a consequence of this inspection, to replace the 5th/7th gear dog ring for a new one of identical specification.
This was done in accordance with Article 23.5d of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The forward change gear ratio pairs of the gearbox of car number 26, driver Daniil Kvyat, were checked and found to be in compliance with Article 9.6.3 of the 2020 Formula One Technical Regulations.
