TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will use a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Event:

04 McLaren Renault Lando Norris 3

The internal combustion engine used by Lando Norris is the fourth new internal combustion engine for the 2020 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

04 McLaren Renault Lando Norris 3

The turbocharger used by Lando Norris is the fourth new turbocharger for the 2020 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

All the above PU elements have been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
