The following driver will start the seventeenth Event of the 2020 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

Number Car Driver Previously used ICE

11 Racing Point BWT Mercedes Sergio Perez 3 The internal combustion engine used by Sergio Perez is the fourth new internal combustion engine for the 2020 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will start the seventeenth Event of the 2020 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

Number Car Driver Previously used TC

11 Racing Point BWT Mercedes Sergio Perez 3 The turbocharger used by Sergio Perez is the fourth new turbocharger for the 2020 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2020 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will start the seventeenth Event of the 2020 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H):
