TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will use a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Event:

27 Renault Nico Hülkenberg 3

The internal combustion engine used by Nico Hülkenberg is the fourth new internal combustion engine the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

27 Renault Nico Hülkenberg 3

The turbocharger used by Nico Hülkenberg is the fourth new turbocharger the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following drivers will use a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H) for the remainder of the Event:

The motor generator unit-heat used by Nico Hülkenberg is the fourth new motor generator unit-heat the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following drivers will use a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K) for the remainder of the Event:

The control electronics used by Nico Hülkenberg is the third new control electronics for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The team informed the technical delegate about the PU elements changes on 12 May 2019, at 12:28 hours.

The PU elements have been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
