Technical Delegate's Report

Between 11:00 and 17:02 today the following teams submitted their duly completed scrutineering declaration form:

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 23, driver Alexander Albon, in order to inspect all change gear ratio pairs and associated dog rings for physical damage.

This was done in accordance with Article 23.5d of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Further the layshaft lip seal assembly and two lubrication system fixation dowels were replaced for new ones of the same specification.

This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2 of the 2019 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
