The following drivers will start the fourteenth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

The internal combustion engine used by Max Verstappen is the fourth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by Lando Norris is the fourth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by Pierre Gasly is the sixth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by the other above drivers is one of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the fourteenth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):
