TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will use a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Event:

03 Renault Daniel Ricciardo 3

The internal combustion engine used by Daniel Ricciardo is the fourth internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

03 Renault Daniel Ricciardo 3

The turbocharger used by Daniel Ricciardo is the fourth turbocharger for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H) for the remainder of the Event:

All the PU elements listed in this report have been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned (received on 03rd August at 17:27hrs), this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
