TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following drivers will use a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Event:

07 Alfa Romeo Ferrari Kimi Räikkönen 2

The internal combustion engine used by Kimi Räikkönen is one of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

07 Alfa Romeo Ferrari Kimi Räikkönen 2

The turbocharger used by Kimi Räikkönen is one of the three new turbochargers allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will use a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H) for the remainder of the Event:

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Lando Norris is the third new motor generator unit-kinetic for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The energy store used by Lando Norris is the third new energy store for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The control electronics used by Sebastian Vettel is the third control electronics for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

All the PU elements listed in this report have been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
