Technical Delegate's Report

The following drivers will start the eighth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

33 RBR Honda Max Verstappen 2 10 RBR Honda Pierre Gasly 2 03 Renault Daniel Ricciardo 2 18 Racing Point Mercedes Lance Stroll 2 26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat 3

The internal combustion engine used by Daniil Kvyat is the fourth new internal combustion engine the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by the other above drivers is one of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the eighth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

The turbocharger used by the above drivers is one of the three new turbochargers allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the eighth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H):

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by Daniil Kvyat is the third new motor generator unitkinetic for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following drivers will start the eighth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new energy store (ES):
