TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat 3

The turbocharger used by Daniil Kvyat is the fourth new turbocharger the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H) for the remainder of the Event:

26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat 3

The motor generator unit-heat used by Daniil Kvyat is the fourth new motor generator unitheat the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
