TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will use a new energy store (ES) for the remainder of the Event:

63 Williams Mercedes George Russell 2

The energy store used by George Russell is the third new energy store for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new control electronics (CE) for the remainder of the Event:

The control electronics used by George Russell is the third new control electronics for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
