Between 11:00 and 16:26 today the following teams submitted their duly completed scrutineering declaration form:

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 10, driver Pierre Gasly, in order to inspect all dog rings for physical damage and as a consequence of this inspection to replace all four dog rings for new ones.

This was done in accordance with Article 23.5d of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
