Session Practice 2 Fact Collision between Cars 8 and 18 at Turn 13. Offence Alleged breach of Article 31.4 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.

Decision No Further Action. Reason The Stewards reviewed video evidence, heard from the driver of car 8 (Romain Grosjean), the driver of car 18 (Lance Stroll) and the team representatives. While it was clear that the left rear wheel of Car 18 touched the right front wheel of Car 8 under braking at the entrance to Turn 13, none of the Drivers were predominantly to blame. The Stewards therefore concluded to take no further action. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Article 9.1.1 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
