TECHNICAL DELEGATE'S REPORT

The following driver will use a new internal combustion engine (ICE) for the remainder of the Event:

55 McLaren Renault Carlos Sainz 5

The internal combustion engine used by Carlos Sainz is the sixth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new turbocharger (TC) for the remainder of the Event:

55 McLaren Renault Carlos Sainz 4

The turbocharger used by Carlos Sainz is the fifth new turbocharger for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following driver will use a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H) for the remainder of the Event:
