The internal combustion engine used by Alexander Albon is the fourth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by Daniel Ricciardo is the fifth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by Nico Hülkenberg is the sixth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by Carlos Sainz is the fifth new internal combustion

The internal combustion engine used by Daniil Kvyat is the fifth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by the other above drivers is one of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
