Technical Delegate's Report
The following parameters have been changed during the Parc Fermé yesterday and today by the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team for different ones:
Car 10: different SECU parameters
The parameters have been changed with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations. But as the above parameters are different from the ones originally used, car number 10 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 34.6 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The following part has been replaced during the Parc Fermé yesterday and today by the ROKiT Williams Racing team for a part with a different specification:
Car 88: Rear heave spring (different specification)
The part has been replaced with the approval of the FIA technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned, this being in accordance with Article 34.2 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations. But as the above part is different from the one originally used and also changes have been made to the set up of the suspension, car number 88 should now be required to start from the pit lane according to Article 34.6 of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
A front wing flap deflection test was carried out on car number 07.
As the front wing flap deflected more than 5 mm under a load of 60 N and as this is not in compliance with Article 3.9.8 of the 2019 Formula One Technical Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
