Technical Delegate's Report

The following drivers will start the fourth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

33 RBR Honda Max Verstappen 1 10 RBR Honda Pierre Gasly 1 26 Toro Rosso Honda Daniil Kvyat 2 23 Toro Rosso Honda Alexander Albon 2

The internal combustion engine used by the above drivers is one of the three new internal combustion engines allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the fourth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

The turbocharger used by the above drivers is one of the three new turbochargers allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the fourth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H):

The motor generator unit-heat used by the above drivers is one of the three new motor generator units-heat allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the fourth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-kinetic (MGU-K):

The motor generator unit-kinetic used by the above drivers is one of the two new motor generator units-kinetic allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the fourth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new control electronics (CE):

The control electronics used by Kimi Räikkönen is one of the two new control electronics allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The control electronics used by Antonio Giovinazzi is the third new control electronics for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.
