Technical Delegate's Report

The following drivers will start the ninth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new internal combustion engine (ICE):

The internal combustion engine used by Carlos Sainz is the fourth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The internal combustion engine used by Alexander Albon is the fourth new internal combustion engine for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The following drivers will start the ninth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new turbocharger (TC):

The turbocharger used by Carlos Sainz is the fourth new turbocharger for the 2019 Championship season. As this is in not in compliance with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations, I am referring this matter to the stewards for their consideration.

The turbocharger used by Alexander Albon is one of the three new turbochargers allowed for the 2019 Championship season and this is in conformity with Article 23.3a of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.

The following drivers will start the ninth Event of the 2019 Formula One World Championship with a new motor generator unit-heat (MGU-H):
