Technical Delegate's Report
Between 11:00 and 16:08 today the following teams submitted their duly completed scrutineering declaration form:

A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 10, driver Pierre Gasly, in order to change the differential hydraulic actuator.
This was done in accordance with Article 9.5.2 of the 2019 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 04, driver Lando Norris, in order to inspect all change gear ratio pairs and associated dog rings for physical damage, and, as a consequence of this inspection, to replace the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 8th change gear ratio pair and the 6th/8th gear dog ring for new ones of identical specification.
This was done in accordance with Article 23.5d of the 2019 Formula One Sporting Regulations.
The forward change gear ratio pairs of the gearbox of car number 04, driver Lando Norris, were checked and found to be in compliance with Article 9.6.3 of the 2019 Formula One Technical Regulations.
