Red Bull Toro Rosso Honda Document 11 Date 22 June 2018 Time 14:15 2018 FRENCH GRAND PRIX 21 - 24 June 2018 The Stewards The Stewards, having received a report from the Technical Delegate (document 8), summoned (document 9) and heard from the team representative have considered the following matter and determine the following:

Session Practice 1 Fact Tyres nominated for use during the first 40 minutes of P1 were used until 12:42:43.

Offence Breach of Article 24.4 g) iii of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Decision Fine of €10,000, however the fine is suspended for a period of 12 months pending no further breach of Article 24.4. Reason The Stewards heard from the team representive who explained that at 12:37 the team lost power to its garage which shut down the telemetry to both cars. This telemetry operates through the same system as provides pit to car communications thus the driver of Car 10 could not receive the message to pit. The failure of telemetry was verified by the FIA telemetry monitoring system. Due to these mitigating circumstances, the penalty is suspended.
