Technical Delegate's Report
Between 10:00 and 13:55 today the following cars underwent initial scrutineering:

44, 77 : Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport 5, 7 : Scuderia Ferrari 3, 33 : Aston Martin Red Bull Racing 11, 31 : Sahara Force India F1 Team 18, 35 : Williams Martini Racing 27, 55 : Renault Sport Formula One Team 28, 10 : Red Bull Toro Rosso Honda 8, 20 : Haas F1 Team 14, 2 : McLaren F1 Team 9, 16 : Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team
All the above cars were found to be in conformity with the safety requirements of the 2018 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations.
A seal was broken on the MGU-K of car numbers 03 and 33 (two MGU-K), drivers Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen, in order to replace a transmission fastener for a new one.
This was done in accordance with Appendix 2, Item n° 13, of the 2018 Formula One Technical Regulations.
A seal was broken on the gearbox of car number 35, driver Sergey Sirotkin, in order to change the RHS differential output shaft lipseals.
