Technical Delegate's Report

A seal was broken on the MGU-K of car number 27, driver Nico Hülkenberg, in order to replace a transmission fastener for a new one.

This was done in accordance with Appendix 2, Item n° 13, of the 2018 Formula One Technical Regulations.
