The Stewards, having received a report from the Technical Delegate (document 28), have considered the following matter and determine the following:

No / Driver 5 - Gabriel Bortoleto Competitor Audi Revolut F1 Team Time 12:36 Session Free Practice 3 Fact The following Power Unit elements have been used: 5th Engine (ICE) 5th Turbocharger (TC) 5th Exhaust Set (EXH) 5th Energy Store (ES) 5th Control Electronics Unit (PU-CE) 4th MGU-K 7th Power Unit Ancillary Component (PU-ANC) Infringement Breaches of Articles B8.2.2 (read with B8.2.3) of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision Drop of 60 grid positions for the next Race in which the driver participates. Reason The penalty is imposed in accordance with Articles B8.2.8a and B8.2.8b of the FIA F1 Regulations. The use of (Energy Store (ES) and Control Electronics Unit (PU-CE) additional element(s) carries a 5 grid place penalty by virtue of Article B8.2.8b of the FIA F1 Regulations and the use of Engine (ICE), Turbocharger (TC), Exhaust Set (EXH), MGU-K and Power Unit Ancillary Component (PU-ANC) additional element carries a 10 grid place penalty by virtue of Article B8.2.8a of the FIA F1 Regulations. Therefore there is an accumulation of 60 places. Subject to Car 5 being classified in the results of Qualifying, Car 5 will be allocated a grid position in the Race in accordance with Article B2.5.4b.iv of the FIA F1 Regulations. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.

Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
